Boneguard Vacuum Sealing Bags consist of two x 7 layers of plastic. First layer is 60 micron and the second layer 120 micron to ensure the bones don’t pierce the bag.
The dimensions of these bags are 310 x 380mm.
Boneguard bags are used for:
- Bone in fresh meat (beef, racks of ribs)
- Pork loins, ribs, legs
- Legs of lamb, racks
- Poultry, bones in pieces
- Smoked meat with hard surfaces
