Pac Food’s Lined Sugarcane trays offer the perfect sustainable and eco-friendly, recyclable and compostable solution for meal trays across various applications. With a temperature range of -40 + 200°c they are ideal for ready meal applications, food service, airline catering, CPU’s etc.

Our LSC trays are versatile, being recyclable. They effortlessly accommodate a wide range of lidding films. We’ve innovated to create trays with options for:

1. Low  barrier, high temperature environment (ovenable)
2. High barrier, high temperature environment (ovenable)
3. Suitable for skin packing
4. 100 % recyclable and compostable

Our lining prevents the tray from becoming soggy and gives protection.

Next to a range of standard sizes we offer a custom made service. From tray design, samples, straight through to production. Minimum quantities apply.

All our CPET, CPET/EVOH, and PP/EVOH lined trays meet APCO’s RECYCLABILITY criteria with the LINING STILL IN PLACE! Click below to see APCO certification. Furthermore, all our Lined Sugarcane trays are compostable once the lining is removed.
