Embossed Micro Channel Rolls

Embossed micro channel rolls are slightly thicker (100 micron) than the micro channel rolls which means that they are stronger and suitable for vacuum packing bony meat such as T-bone steak, whole fish, pork chops, lamb shanks and more.

The rolls are food safe and BPA free, perfect for sous vide and reheating in boiling water. Because of their strength, they are great for transporting frozen food. Each roll measures 10 meters and can be easily cut into a desired length. They come in lots of two rolls (20 meters in total).

Once you know what the vacuum sealed item is, you can cut the roll into your desired length, seal one of the open sides and you’ve created your own bag!

Our embossed micro channel rolls will work with every brand of vacuum sealer in Australia and the rolls are thoroughly tested for performance and quality.

VS100 Vacuum Sealer

The Vacuum Sealer VS100 is an out of chamber sealer, which means the bag to be vacuum sealed stays outside of the machine. It is a great economical option for small to moderate use at home; reliable and efficient, perfect for day to day vacuum sealing.

VS100 Features and Functions

The VS100 has a heavy duty plastic body and has 2 operating modes – ‘vacuum seal’ and ‘seal only’. The sealing width is 2mm and the maximum bag width to be used with this unit is 300mm. It is suitable to vacuum storage canister with its built-in canister port.

To operate the vacuum sealer, simply put food in the bag, place the end of the bag in the vacuum area, lock the lid in and press start.

The VS100 will work with our Micro or Embossed Micro Channel Bags or Rolls.

Please note: this unit will not work with the commercial vacuum bags (smooth surface bags) as it needs bags with channels for the air to be sucked out.

The special fine lined structure on the surface of the product are micro channels which make it possible for the sealer bags to be vacuumed.

Pac Food’s 2 models of heat sealers give you 2 options, the economical bench top or the easier to use foot pedestal operated.

In sealing bags, you have 2 options:
