Bag Sealing Options for the Pedestal Heat Sealer

In sealing bags, you have 2 options:

Clip Sealing

Clip sealing is faster and stronger; however, many kitchens do not like the idea of having metal clips in their kitchen.

Heat Sealing

Heat sealing is cleaner but takes longer. Additionally, your seal area must be clean; otherwise, the seal may not hold.
