2. Sous vide

That means the 100 micron bags are suitable to cook in boiling water for up to an hour or in an oven, and are recommended for bony meats such as ribs, pork chops and lamb shanks.

Our bags allow food to be par-cooked. Meaning meals can be prepared ahead of time and then reheated prior to serving, which makes processes more efficient for commercial kitchens.
